Welcome to Your Guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation Session Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is a powerful technique that involves systematically tensing and then releasing various muscle groups throughout your body. This practice helps you become more aware of physical tension and teaches you how to consciously relax your muscles. PMR is often used to manage stress and anxiety by focusing on the sensations of both tension and relaxation in each muscle group.

Why PMR? This technique has personally helped me achieve a deeper state of relaxation and has even improved my sleep. My hope is that it will help you release your anxieties and enhance your overall well-being. You can use this video as a standalone relaxation tool or incorporate it into your bedtime routine for better sleep—it's entirely up to you. A Note on Safety Please assess your own physical condition before attempting PMR, and ensure it is suitable for your personal situation.
